Welcome Snowbirds!
You are cordially invited to become a winter "Snowbird" pre-neighbor. As a snowbird, you'll be shown the ropes by one or two of our residents who will match your interests with other villagers so the "newness" factor becomes "home" as you pick up the rhythm of the Village and all that we have to offer.
Past snowbirds mentioned our attention to the details of life important to them made their decision to become permanent residents, a natural. Some snowbirds arrived and kicked-back. Other arrived and began making travel plans. Others made plans to entertain family members, (California is a destination state), delighted to discover AF Village West offers separate guest accommodations for family and friends.
